Buying a house with a pool is always a gamble because you never know how the former owner took care of it. Unfortunately, our pool was a moldy disaster. Pavilion Pools in Spokane, came in and took care of everything from disposing of the old liner to putting in the new one. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

You installed our large (20 x 50) saltwater pool in the backyard in 2007. The design choices you steered us into have been serving us well. The saltwater system has simplified our lives with the lighter maintenance and limited use of expensive chemicals. The water itself is soft, clear and just feels better- I know because I swim indoors in a traditional chlorine pool during the winter months. Your crew did a great job on the installation and everything is holding up well. The automatic cover is fantastic and makes it easy to leave the house with the pool "locked" so we don't have to worry about a neighbor kid falling in. It heats the pool without energy since the black cover absorbs solar heat. The kids always have their friends over so we end up hosting more impromptu gatherings- which makes my wife very happy, the bigger the crowd the more fun she has.... cooking and entertaining. I think Spokane is a great place to own a pool and we use ours daily in season and with the equipment you provided it's been easy to take of. The larger size was a good call since we can swim laps or have separate groups use the pool at the same time. Would we do it again? In a heartbeat, and I would use your firm, Pavilion Pools. Putting a pool in our new home was the best thing we ever did! My family has enjoyed our backyard retreat for countless seasons. These guys really understand the vision of creating an awesome space. They can handle the whole project from landscape design work to the finished construction. If you are interested in details, hire them. We have never regretted our purchase!
